she leads! class of 2021 mentor application

To be considered for mentorship in the SHE Leads! 2021 program, please fill this form out completely. Along with this application, please include a recent headshot and an updated Resume or Curriculum Vitae demonstrating your current and past 10 years of work experience.

Deadline to submit application is November 18, 2020.

Expectations for Program Mentors:

• Must be able to commit 2-4 hours per month for a period of 6 months to the SHE Leads! program, with a minimum of 1 hour a month for 1-1 with mentee.

• We are looking for women in leadership roles that are willing to share their experiences, challenges, and successes with mentee(s).

• Mentors will represent the program as positive role models and to offer encouragement and healthy feedback for our mentees.

• To attend the mentor orientation session on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 6:00 PM and program evaluation session at the end of the program (Date TBD).

If selected for the program, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement for both the program and the conversations you may have with your mentee.
