AFW 2020 awards event Rules & Regulations

When you purchase a package of 10 Raffle Tickets for $100.00 you will then have a dropdown menu assigned for each ticket that allows you to indicate which item(s) you want to put a ticket towards.  For example, if you have 10 tickets you can select 10 different items, or you can put all 10 tickets toward one item, or any combo in between.  For each ticket you will have a dropdown menu that contains each package, you then select which package you want that ticket to go towards.

 

If you purchase a package of 20 Raffle tickets for $200.00, we will double the number of tickets for your selections above. For example, if you select package #22 for all ten tickets, you will have 20 tickets towards that item.  

No changes or modifications will be accommodated once order with raffle ticket selection has been submitted.

DRAWINGS.  The drawing date is June 16, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.  At the time the winners of each package(s)/prize(s) will be drawn by staff in a Facebook live post on its Facebook page.  

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER.  Winners will then be notified via the email and telephone the participant indicated during their purchase.  Package(s)/prize(s) winners must claim their prize by June 30, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.  Winners are each responsible for any and all federal, state or local fees and taxes associated with the package(s)/prize(s) they won.  Using the information provided, if the winner is unable to be contacted or located, or fails to claim the prize after June 30, 2020, the prize will revert to AFW.

A participant need not be present to win.  All purchases of Raffle tickets are non-refundable. The purchase price of a ticket is not deductible as a charitable gift from federal or state income tax.  In the Raffle, there is no possibility of a tie.  All references in these rules to time are Arizona Mountain Standard Time.

All items have been donated in good faith.
